60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind this product. If you use TradeVitals Joint Support for 60 days and it doesn't deliver, contact us and we'll refund you in full. No return shipping required. No runaround.

Returns — Unopened Products

Changed your mind before opening it? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, undamaged product in its original packaging for a full refund. You'll cover return shipping.

To start a return email support@tradevitals.co with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Do not send anything back without contacting us first — we can't process it.


Damaged or Wrong Item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@tradevitals.co. We'll make it right at no cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return or guarantee claim is approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on opened products outside the 60-day guarantee window, sale items, or gift cards.


European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Item must be unopened and in original packaging. Contact us at support@tradevitals.co to initiate.
