TRADEVITALS SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

One-time purchase orders ship for a flat rate of $7.00.

Subscribe & Save orders ship free.

International orders (Canada and Mexico) may be subject to additional shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.

Mexico: Standard shipping typically takes 10–21 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your order directly with the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order contact us at support@tradevitals.co.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your ship date (US) or 30 business days (Canada and Mexico) contact us at support@tradevitals.co and we will look into it. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TradeVitals is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
